Olive oil during childhood

It has been proven that breastmilk is irriplacable for the infants growth since it works as a protective shield reinforcing the immune system. The quality of the fats contained plays a major part. Among these fats we meet the elaic ocid (in a proportion of 70%) in the exact same proportion found in extra virgin olive oil. Therefore we conclude that in case we use cow milk instead of breast milk, to able to secure  a high level of elaic acid in the infants body, it would be useful to use extra virgin olive oil in their diet. Thus it is certain that the extra virgin olive oil is ideal for an infant’s balanced diet.

Finally during the infant weaning , when first meals are introduced, the use of virgin olive oil becomes a necessity.
