posticon Bread with olive oil, tomato and feta cheese

  • 5-6 slices of bread
  • 2 chopped tomatoes
  • 5-6 tablespoons of graded cheese
  • 5-6 tbns of olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

Toast  the bread, add tomato and cheese on the slices, add salt and pepper and pour the oil.

posticon Panatha with tomato sauce

  • ½ kilo of bread cut in cubes
  • ½ kilo of chopped tomatoes
  • 1 chopped onion
  • Salt and pepper
  • Juice of 1 lemon

Fry the onion in half of the oil, add tomatoes, salt and pepper and boil. Fry the bread in the rest of the oil and mix with the sauce. Add lemon and serve.

posticon Chicken or pork fillet

Fry  about 10 cut olives until they release their oils. Add the meat, peppers, almonds, aubergines and garlic. Add rice or pasta, tomato sauce and boil. Add olive oil on the top.
